Frequently Asked Questions/Shop Info:

1. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be given if a package is missing items or customer receives damaged items that were a mistake made by the shop. No refunds or exchanges, all items are final sale.

 

2. Can I cancel my order? No, cancellations are not accepted at this time. 

 

3. What happens if my package is lost or was damaged in the process of it getting to me? Sadly, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once we drop off the packages at the post office anything that happens is out of our hands. In this case, the best case scenario is to contact USPS and report a missing/damaged package.

 

4. How long does it take for orders to ship? Our current turn-around time is 5-7 business days. This is NOT how long it will take for you to receive your package, it is the time it will take us to ship your item.

 

5. I put an incorrect address in when I purchased my items, what do I do? Contact us IMMEDIATELY, if items have not been shipped then we will be happy to ship your items to the correct address.
